MARATUK Tours and Travel, founded in 1989, has grown into a leading company in Armenia’s travel industry. It was among the first agencies to establish charter and regular flights from Armenia to various destinations in Europe and the Middle East, including Barcelona, Cairo, Corfu, Rimini, Poland, Bulgaria, Tel Aviv, Sharm El Sheikh, Hurgada, Cyprus, and others.

MARATUK is an accredited IATA agent that cooperates directly with international airlines operating flights to and from Armenia and works with a network of more than 500 sub-agents.

The company has maintained a registered office in Dubai, UAE, since 1992 under the name Maratuk Tourism LLC. It was the first to organize flights from Yerevan to Dubai in cooperation with the National Carrier of Armenia, Armenian Airlines.

Today, we are one of the leading tour operators in Armenia, helping Armenian travelers reach their chosen destinations through direct cooperation with all airlines operating flights to Armenia.

For 32 years, our company has been operating charter and regular flights between Armenia and Egypt—connecting Cairo, Alexandria, and Port Said—for tourism, business, and trade purposes. For more than 15 years, we have been operating regular year-round flights to Sharm El Sheikh (twice weekly) and Hurgada (three times weekly from June to September) for holiday, cultural, and historical tourism. From 2015 to 2024, these flights were operated by Fly Egypt Airlines, and starting from October 2024, operations are carried out by Egyptian Red Sea Airlines, for which we serve as the GSA in Armenia. During the Christmas holidays, we operate an additional 20 flights between December 28 and January 12 to Sharm El Sheikh.

For over 15 years, Maratuk Travel has been operating seasonal charter flights to Greece, particularly Crete Island, from June to September with three weekly flights in cooperation with Aegean Airlines, investing significantly in making Greece one of the most popular summer family destinations.

Since November 2024, Greece’s leading carrier SKY Express Airlines has launched operations from Athens to Yerevan with three weekly flights, and our company serves as the GSA and Ground Handling Supervisor of SKY Express in Armenia. In 2022, we also organized a mutual charter program to Thessaloniki.
